Return & Refund Policy

We encourage every customer to carefully read our Return and Refund Policy before placing an order. Understanding these guidelines will help avoid confusion and ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team.


1. Order Confirmation

When you finalize your order—before the payment is completed—you will receive an email containing the product details, pricing, and quantities.

After you complete the online payment, you will receive a final confirmation email summarizing:

  • Your total order value

  • Product details

  • Estimated delivery timeline

If any item becomes unavailable or only partial quantities can be fulfilled, this will be clearly mentioned in your final confirmation invoice.


2. Shipping Confirmation

Once payment is completed, you can track your order anytime on our website.
Within 24–48 hours, we will send you a second email notifying you that your order has been shipped.

This email will include:

  • Your invoice number

  • Shipment details

  • A tracking link

  • Step-by-step instructions for tracking your package

If you face any difficulty understanding the tracking process, our helpline team is always available to assist.

Important:
Once the package is dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed, as doing so may cause delays or undelivered shipments.


3. Customs Information (For International Orders)

Genericpharmacy4u supplies products both within India and internationally.
For international customers, please note:

  • Your package may undergo a customs inspection upon reaching your country.

  • Customs procedures may cause additional delays, which are beyond our control.

  • After clearance, the package is handed over to the local courier for final delivery.

Customs processing may take anywhere from a few days to several weeks. We recommend keeping extra time in mind when placing international orders.


4. Delivery Timeline

For local and domestic orders, packages usually arrive within a few days.
However, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather disturbances

  • Natural calamities

  • Political issues or public unrest

  • Regional lockdowns

Our standard delivery window is 15–20 working days from the date of order placement.

If your package has not arrived within this timeframe, it is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Track the shipment

  • Contact our support team for assistance


5. Lost Shipment & Reshipping Policy

While rare, unforeseen circumstances can result in lost packages during transit.
If this happens:

  • We will reship your order for free or

  • Provide a refund (excluding customs duties and taxes)

If your order has not been delivered within a maximum of 21 days, please contact our customer care team immediately.

Customers must report undelivered packages within 8 weeks from the order date to qualify for reshipping or refund.
Requests submitted after 8 weeks cannot be accepted.


6. Return & Refund Conditions

If your order arrives with a damaged or broken seal, or if the package appears tampered with:

  • You must report the issue within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a pickup and reshipment of the product.

Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date cannot be accepted for return or refund.
